Obituary for Chalmer Phillip Martin
Chalmer Phillip Martin, age 81, of Flint Road in Waco, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at his home following a long battle with black lung. He was born June 21, 1938 in Wayland, KY and was the son of the late Ben and Della Taylor Martin. He was a retired electrician and a former employee of the South East Coal Company. He was a former member of the National Guard and a former member of the Masonic Lodge. He was a member of the Concord Christian Fellowship and the Elks Club. He had lived in Madison County most of his life. He is survived by:

He was preceded in death by 1 sister, Carol Stafford.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 1, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Kenneth Bishop and Bro. Warren Toler. Burial will be at the Madison Memorial Gardens. Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Thursday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
