Sandra Lynn Herald, age 62, of Meadowlark Road in Richmond passed away Friday, May 24, 2019, at the Compassionate Care Center. She was born March 6, 1957 in Spencer, West Virginia and was the daughter of the late Commadore and Eloise Marie Argabrite Blosser. She was a former employee of the St. Joseph Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Herald. She is survived by:

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, May 27, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Burial will be at the South Irvine Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 AM to 1 PM Monday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
