Judy Ann Riddell, age 75, of Pea Ridge Road in Irvine, passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at her home following a long illness. She was born April 1, 1950, in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Eugene Edward and Ester Lee Horn Riddell. She was a homemaker and attended the Emmanuel Baptist Church. She had lived in Estill County all her life. She is survived by:

3 grandchildren: Layne Muchow, Evan Muchow, and Audrey Muchow
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Wilma Hart and Becky Hamilton.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, May 18, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Sherl Thomas and Bro. Jerry Rose officiating. Burial will be at the Pea Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 6 to 9 PM.
