Obituary for Mary Elizabeth Hardy
Mary Elizabeth Hardy, age 90, of Hardy Road in Irvine passed away Monday, June 11, 2018, at her home following a short illness. She was born January 30, 1928 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Elihue and Hallie Kirby. She was a homemaker and member of the Crystal Pentecostal Church. She had lived in Estill County all her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tracy Hardy. She is survived by: 1 Daughter: Mildred (Carlos) Townsend Estill Co. 2 Sons: Kiser (Mary Lou) Hardy Estill Co. Leo Hardy Estill Co. 1 Brother: Lewis Kirby Estill Co. 10 Grandchildren 23 Great Grandchildren 14 Great-Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by 2 daughters; Patsy Luster, Mary Lois Hardy, 1 son, Arnold Hardy, 1 grandchild, Donnie Luster, 4 sisters; Alverta Ashcraft, Mattie Walters, Maggie Hardy, Chaney Riddell and 4 brothers; Joe, Hugh Jr., Mid and Robert Kirby. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 14, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Jerry Rose and Bro. Tony Riddell. Burial will be at the Hardy Cemetery. Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Wednesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
