Gary Hardy, age 62, of Stacy Lane Road in Irvine, passed away Saturday, January 20th, at his home, following a long illness. He was born July 15, 1955, in Estill County, a son of Pairelee Johnson Hardy and the late Leon Hardy. He had lived in Estill County all his life. Survivors in addition to his mother include: His Wife of 36 years: Serena Cain Hardy 4 Daughters: Sheri Grace (Ezekiel) Estill Co. Angela Tipton Estill Co. Laura Cockrell Estill Co. Renee Chipps (James) Lexington 2 Sons: Daniel Ross (Mary) Jackson Co. Glenn Cockrell (Mary) Estill Co. A Sister: Maggie Oliver Estill Co. 4 Brothers: Donald Hardy (Gail) Estill Co. Orville Hardy (Penny) Estill Co. Cecil Hardy (Selena) Estill Co. James Hardy (Cheryl) Estill Co. 13 Grandchildren Several Nieces and Nephews Several Friends He was preceded in death a Brother, Bobby Hardy. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Kevin Phillips with burial to follow in the Hardy Cemetery. Friends may call after 11 AM Tuesday until service time.
