Bobby Wayne Carroll, age 46, of Pea Ridge Road in Irvine passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2017, at his home. He was born April 22, 1971 in Estill County and was the son of Wanda Riddell Duncan and the late Wayne Carroll. He had lived in Estill County all his life. He is survived by: His mother: Wanda Riddell Duncan 1 Daughter: Courtney Jane Carroll ; fianc, Lucas Decker Irvine 3 Sisters: Tina Cole ; husband, Richard Irvine Christy Cox ; husband, Robbie Irvine Debbie Conrad ; husband, Kirk Waco 1 Brother: Billy Carroll Irvine 1 Grandchild: Paislee Elizabeth Decker Many nieces and nephews and other family members Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 30, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at the Pea Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Friday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
