Obituary for Darrell Gene Tipton
Darrell Gene Tipton, age 82, of Kirkland Avenue in Irvine passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at his home following a long illness.He was born March 16, 1933 in Estill County and was the son of the late Clay Alexander and Lillian Neal Tipton.He was a retired mail carrier with the United States Postal Service and a member of the Mt. Carmel Christian Church.He had lived in Estill County most of his life.He is survived by: His wife:Maxine Kelley Tipton 3 Sons:Darrell Wayne Tipton Irvine Kelly Gene Tipton Irvine Kenneth Allen Tipton Irvine He was preceded in death by his sister, Mattie B. Clark. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 5, 1 PM at the Mt. Carmel Christian Church by Bro. Mark Pearson.Burial will be at the Tipton Cemetery.Friends may call after 11 AM Saturday at the Mt. Carmel Christian Church.
