Tammy Jo Harkins, age 56, of Broadway in Irvine passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2015, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center following a long illness.She was born November 24, 1958 in Cincinnati, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Sylvia Birch McKenzie.She was a homemaker and attended the Rice Station Christian Church.She is survived by: 4 Sons:Rodney Harkins ; wife, Billie Jo Cincinnati, OH Bradley Harkins ; wife, Charity Irvine Joey Harkins ; wife, Amy Irvine Joshua Harkins Irvine 1 Brother:Darrell McKenzie Cincinnati, OH 5 Grandchildren Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 22, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.Friends may call after 11 AM Friday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Honorary Pallbearer:Roger Harkins
