Obituary for Barbara "Colie" Jenkins
Barbara 'Colie' Jenkins, age 74, of Red Lick Road in Irvine passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at the Compassionate Care Center following a long illness.She was born October 5, 1939 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Willard and Bessie Canter Ingram.She was a retired cook with the Estill County School System and was a member of the Eastern Star.She had lived in Estill County all of her life.She is survived by: Her husband:Stanley Tracy Jenkins 1 Daughter:Monica Faye Newman Berea 1 Son:Roy Wayne Ashcraft ; wife, Janetta Waco 1 Step-son:David Jenkins ; wife, Paula Irvine 3 Grandchildren:Brian Ashcraft, Zack Newman and Trevor Jenkins She was preceded in death by 2 sisters; Wautassie Graham and Pansy Tuggle. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 21, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Sherl Thomas.Burial will be at the South Irvine Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Friday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
