Charles Marcum, age 73, of Oak Valley Road in Irvine passed away Thursday, June 12, 2014, at his home following a long illness.He was born March 15, 1941 in Estill County and was the son of the late Parker Benton and Elizabeth McIntosh Marcum.He was a retired Rockwell, International employee and a United States Marine Corps veteran.He had lived in Estill County all of his life.He is survived by: His wife:Nettie Jean Stone Marcum 3 Daughters:Cynthia Hall ; husband, Jeff Richmond Trish Hatton ; husband, Jeff Estill Co. Jennie Duffy ; husband, Jerry Lexington 1 Son:Tony Marcum ; wife, Kristy Winchester 2 Brothers:Hoover Marcum Winchester Balus Marcum Estill Co. 5 Grandchildren:Chase Hatton, Kalea Hatton, Jeremy Hall, Zoe Marcum and Ian Marcum He was preceded in death by 1 sister, Annabelle Muncy and 2 brothers; Park Benton Marcum and Roy Benton Marcum. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 14, 3:30 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Mark Pearson.Burial will be at the Grey Cemetery.Friends may call after 12:30 PM Saturday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Diabetes Association or the Lewy Body Dementia Association.
