Obituary for Bobby W. Puckett
Bobby Wayne Puckett, age 73, of Furnace Junction Road in Ravenna passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2013, at his home following a short illness.He was born April 8, 1940 in Estill County and was the son of the late John and Zella Flynn Puckett. He was a retired IBM employee and a member of the Mt. Carmel Christian Church.He served as a MP in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era.He is survived by: His wife:Jessie Tipton Puckett 1 Daughter:Libby G. Puckett Boone, NC 1 Son:Terry Puckett ; wife, Emma Ravenna 1 Sister:Celia Gaye Willis Ravenna 1 Grandchild:Kyleigh Ren Puckett Harpers Ferry, WV And many more family and friends He was preceded in death by his in-laws; A.D. and Hazel Tipton, 2 sisters; Lucille Wyatt and Mary Barnes and 4 brothers; Gilbert, Allen, William and Edward Puckett. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, December 19, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Art Marcum and Bro. Mark Pearson.Burial will be at the Puckett-Tipton Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Wednesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Pallbearers:Kenneth Rogers, Shirley Adams, Tim Abney, Dallis Abney, Rudolph Crowe, Calvin Spicer, Henry Peters and Michael Rogers Honorary Pallbearers:Michael Tipton, Randolph Moreland and John Moreland
