Thomas David Glenn Lambert, age 12, of Winchester Road in Irvine passed away Sunday, October 30, 2011, at the Kentucky Children's Hospital at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.He was born October 17, 1999 in Richmond and was the son of Joseph Glenn and Crystal Lynn Walling Lambert.He was a student at the Estill Springs Elementary School and attended the Harg First Church of God.He had lived in Estill County all of his life.He is survived by: His parents:Joseph Glenn Lambert and Crystal Lynn Walling Lambert His grandparents:Thomas D. and Mary Tipton Walling Home Samuel Glenn Lambert Estill Co. Betty D. Burns Estill Co. Carolyn Coffey Clark Co. His great-grandmother:Christine Jones Tipton Estill Co. 2 half-sisters:Angel Faith Spicer Estill Co. Taylor Dawn Clem Clark Co. Several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends His special nurses at UKMC:Amanda Toler, Melissa Horn, John Smith and Hope Albino Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 2, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Buford Powell, Bro. Jeff Hobbs, Bro. Bobby Shuler and Bro. Rick Kirby.Burial will be at the West Irvine Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Tuesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
