Rhonda Lavon Woosley, age 60, of New Fox Road in Irvine, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at her home following a short illness. She was born August 31, 1962 in Ft. Myers, Florida and was the daughter of Maynard and Ruby Sparks Dickey. She was an employee of Mercy Health in Powell County and a member of the Ivory Hill Baptist Church. She had lived in Estill County most of her life. She is survived by:

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her grandchild, Taylor Joe Woosley.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, January 1, 2 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Sam McKinney officiating. Burial will be at the South Irvine Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 11 AM to 2 PM.
