Obituary for Zetta Hoover Lamb
Zetta M. Hoover Gross Lamb, age 89, of Barnes Mountain Road in Irvine passed away Thursday, November 19, 2015, at the Marcum ; Wallace Memorial Hospital after a sudden illness.She was born May 26, 1926 in Estill County a daughter of the late John William and Ida Keller Hoover.She was a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church #2 and had lived in Estill County all of her life. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by 3 brothers and 5 sisters, 1 son, Ronnie Gross (Drucilla), 1 grandson Ronnie Carlo Gross.She is survived by: Her husband of 52 years:Robert Paul Lamb 3 Daughters:Donna Hurley (Russell) Irvine Phyllis Durbin (William) Irvine Sue Powell (Ronnie) Irvine 1 Son:Gary Gross Irvine 3 Grandsons:Roger Burns (Ellar), Andy Newton (Penny) and Shane Durbin (Melissa) 4 Granddaughters:Deborah Callahan (Wayne), Rhonda Eckler, Michelle Hoover and Sherry Hoover Several Great and Great-Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a special niece, Christeen Jordan. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, November 23, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Jerry Chaney.Burial will be at the Gross Pointe Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Sunday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
