Wilma Lee Adkins Stamper, age 69, of O.B. Stamper Road in Irvine, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at the Marcum & Wallace Memorial Hospital following a long illness. She was born June 17, 1956, in Hamilton, Ohio, and was the daughter of the late James Adkins and Ida Mae Couch Adkins. She was a Homemaker and she had lived in Estill County for most of her life. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, February 13, 1 PM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home with Bro. Lee White officiating. Burial will be at the Fielder Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
