Willie Sparks, age 63, of Stephenson Road in Irvine, passed away Friday, March 10, 2023, at the Compassionate Care Center following a short illness. He was born February 19, 1960, in Irvine and was the son of Elbert and Gertie Woosley Sparks. He retired from Allen Co. and had lived in Estill County all his life. He is survived by:

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Gloria Rose and Mae Collins.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 14, 6 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
