William Troy Richardson, age 67, of East Main Street in Frankfort, passed away Friday, July 7, 2023, at his home following a short illness. He was born July 2, 1956, in Estill County and was the son of the late Gilbert and Emerine McIntosh Richardson. He was a retired construction worker and he had lived in Frankfort for most of his life. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Getty Richardson, and is survived by:

Johnny Richardson - Estill Co.
3 grandchildren: River Richardson, Oakley Richardson, and Jaden Rogers

In addition to his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by 1 sister, Emma King, and 2 brothers, Gilbert Wayne Richardson and Buel C. Richardson
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, July 13, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Earl Hall officiating. Burial will be at the Grey Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Funeral Home.
