William J. Fowler, age 53, of Peyton Avenue in Irvine, passed away Friday, January 20, 2023, at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington. He was born May 19, 1969, in Estill County and was the son of Rebecca Viars Fowler and the late Harold Fowler. He was a Maintenance Worker for Micron Industries and attended the Station Camp Christian Church. He had lived in Estill County all his life. In addition to his mother, he is survived by:

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Tommy, Floyd, and Denny Fowler.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 24, from 5 to 7 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home followed by cremation.
