Obituary for William Howard Honshell
William Howard Honshell, age 77, of Clearwater Road in Wayland passed away Monday, June 13, 2016, at the Greg ; Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard following a long illness. He was born in Floyd County and was the son of the late William 'Bill' Honshell, Sr. and Beatrice Martin Honshell. He was retired from Consol Energy and was a member of the Wayland United Methodist Church. He is survived by: His wife of 47 years: Phyllis Burnett Honshell 1 Daughter: Leigh Ann Maynard ; husband, Todd Prestonsburg 1 Son: Gregory Howard Honshell Texas 1 Sister: Elizabeth Ann Toler ; husband, Warren Irvine 1 Brother: Walter Franklin Honshell ; wife, Nettie Michigan 5 Grandchildren: Grace, Katie Rose and John Maynard, Sean and William Honshell 1 Great Grandchild: Conner Honshell He was preceded in death by 1 sister, Mary Frances Goodrich and 1 brother, Charles Ronald 'Bucky' Honshell. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, June 20, 1 PM at the Wayland United Methodist Church by Bro. Jack Howard and Bro. Warren Toler. Friends may call Sunday between 6 and 9 PM at the Hall Funeral Home in Martin and after 12 PM Monday at the Wayland United Methodist Church.
