William Edward Isaacs, age 54, of Greens Crossing in Richmond, passed away Sunday, December 17, 2023, at the Baptist Health in Lexington following a long illness. He was born June 5, 1969, in Estill County and was the son of the Wanda Faye Marcum Isaacs Crouch and the late Claude Isaacs, Jr. Survivors in addition to his mother include:

Janice Witt
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Marcum.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 19, 12 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Daniel Reed officiating. Burial will be at the White Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 11 AM to 12 PM.
