William Dwight “Dee Bird” Horn, age 59, of Winston Road in Irvine, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023, at the Baptist Health in Richmond following a short illness. He was born March 29, 1964, in Estill County and was the son of the late William Harlan and Wilma Lois Wiseman Horn. He was retired from Hardy Oil and had lived in Estill County all his life. He is survived by:
1 daughter: Shelby (Kyle) Kelly - Estill Co.
1 son: Richard Horn - Estill Co.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Mason Horn.
Graveside services will be conducted Monday, November 20, 12 PM at the West Irvine Cemetery with Bro. Kevin Turpin officiating. The Warren F. Toler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made toward his funeral expenses.
