Wanda Lynn Frazier, age 78, of Kentucky 205 South in Campton, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2026, at her home following a long illness. She was born October 15, 1947, in Estill County, and was the daughter of the late Richard Edward Frazier and Lorene Embry Frazier. She retired from the Estill County Health Department after 26 years, and she attended the White Oak Church of God. She was a breast cancer survivor. She had lived in Estill County for most of her life, and she is survived by:
1 daughter: Kimberly Jo (Jerry) Hudson - Wolfe Co.
1 son: Alan Christopher Dugan - Florida
3 sisters: Donna Parsons - Estill Co.
Mary Jo Dennis - Madison Co.
Kae Tipton - Estill Co.
2 brothers: Rick Frazier - Estill Co.
Ronald Frazier - Estill Co.
2 grandchildren: Maggie Vanover and Randall Willis
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 sister, Karen Shouse.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, July 7, 1 PM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home with Bro. Raymond Tipton officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
