Virgie McIntosh, age 80, of Doe Creek Road in Irvine passed away Thursday, November 6, 2014, at her home following a long illness.She was born August 26, 1934 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Hiram and Cynthia Ann Sparks Osborne.She was a homemaker and a member of the Ravenna Church of God.She had lived in Estill Co. all of her life.She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald McIntosh.She is survived by: 1 Sister:Shirley Stevens Crowe Irvine Sister-in-law:Shirley Richardson 13 Nieces ; Nephews: Carolyn (Carl) Hoheboken Prophetstown, IL Jerry (Barbara) Brinegar Winchester Roger Brinegar Winchester Ricky (Karen) Brinegar Winchester Michael (Thelma) Brinegar Irvine Brenda (Ollie Ray) Crawford Clay City Kathy (Phillip) Smith Irvine Andrew Brinegar Winchester Roy (Annette) Brinegar Irvine Jeffrey (Trish) Brinegar Irvine Marilyn Warner Irvine Sheila (Anthony) Oakley Winchester Judy (Jim) Caudill Winchester 16 Great Nieces ; Nephews 15 Great-Great Nieces ; Nephews and a host of friends She was preceded in death by 3 sisters; Mattie Brinegar, Ruby Brinegar and Ella Marie Osborne and 2 brothers; Herman D. Osborne and Bennie Ray Osborne. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, November 9, 2 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Jeffrey Brinegar and Bro. Phillip Smith.Burial will be at the West Irvine Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Saturday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Pallbearers:Jerry Brinegar, Ricky Brinegar, Michael Brinegar, Roy Brinegar, Jeffrey Brinegar, Brad Brinegar, Phillip Smith and Joe Smith
