Obituary for Violet Elmer Fowler
Violet Elmer Fowler, age 89, of Jakes Heavenly Highway in Irvine passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016, at the Irvine Nursing ; Rehabilitation Center following a long illness. She was born July 17, 1927 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Hume and Anna Mae Flynn Fox. She was a homemaker and had lived in Estill County all of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Romo Fowler. She is survived by: 1 Step-Son: David Durbin Irvine Loving Companion: Arthur W. Fowler Irvine Several nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by 1 sister, Lona and 2 brothers, Manuel and Otis. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, August 1, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Sam Miller. Burial will be at the Sparks Cemetery. Friends may call after 11 AM Monday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
