Obituary for Verena M. Parker Blevins
Verena Mae Parker Blevins, age 74, of Tomohawk Drive in Harrodsburg passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012, at her home following a sudden illness. She was born September 8, 1937 in Peoples, KY and was the daughter of the late Ernest E. and Grace M. Truett Parker. She was a homemaker and attended the House of Prayer. She had lived in Estill County most of her life. She is survived by: Her husband: Leonard Blevins 1 Daughter: Melody Tipton ; husband, Tim Estill Co. 1 Son: Terry L. Blevins Harrodsburg 2 Sisters: Juanita Hess Florida Sharon Haberland Ohio 6 Grandchildren: Brittany Woolery, Levi Tipton, Mackenzie T. Robbins, Michael Blevins, Morgan Tipton and Autumn Tipton She was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Thomas A. Parker and G. Eldon Parker. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 28, 6 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call between 4 and 6 PM Saturday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
