Treva Lynn Roberts Caton, 77, of Irvine, Kentucky passed away on February 19, 2025 at the Irvine Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. Treva was born in a little house on Doe Creek on April 4,1947--the daughter of Prentiss Roberts & Anna Margaret Stamper. Treva was known for lighting up rooms with her smile, giving kind words to every person she met, and having an unmistakably unique sense of style. She loved gardening, the color lavender, and laughing with people who loved her.
Remaining to cherish her beautiful memory are her son, David Lawrence Rue; her granddaughters, Raina Lyn Rue (Vann Gibson) and Sadie Anne Rue; her brothers Edward Leon Davis & Joseph Michael Davis; her sister, DeLana June Stelley; many nieces & nephews, and a hundred friends across the world.
Awaiting her in Glory are her son Mark Thomas Thornberry; her sister Leila Gwynn Brinegar, and her parents Prentiss & Anna Margaret; as well as her Daddy, Woodrow Davis.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 1,2025, 2 PM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home in Irvine, KY, where flowers may be sent in her memory. Burial will be at the Roberts Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12 to 2 PM.
