Tony Neal, age 83, of Shady Lane in Irvine, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023, at his home following a sudden illness. He was born April 23, 1940, in Estill County and was the son of the late Claude Muncie Neal and Evaleen Tipton Neal. He was a retired employee of the Estill County School System and was a member of the White Oak Church of God. He loved UK Basketball and the Cincinnati Reds. He lived in Estill County most of his life and is survived by:

2 sons: Jeffrey Boyd (Mollie) Neal - Estill Co.
Cecil Ray (Rusti) Neal - Powell Co.
3 grandchildren: Lonnie James Neal, Sara Epperson, and Gracelyn Neal
3 great grandchildren: Jackson Epperson, Scarlett Epperson, and Katelyn Michelle Neal

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Tony Randall Neal, 4 sisters, Wilma Jean Carroll, Anna Rhea Tucker, Blanche Risner, Billy Joyce Samples and 3 brothers, Henry Hood Neal, Tracy Neal, and Leon Neal.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, September 28, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Glyndon Woosley officiating. Burial will be at the Tipton Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Funeral Home.
