Tobby Isaacs, age 65, of Fairwood Drive in Richmond, passed away Friday, March 6, 2026, at the Baptist Health Hospital in Richmond. He was born September 16, 1960, in Estill County and was the son of Linnie F. Sparks Isaacs and the late Malcom Mack Isaacs. He had previously worked at the Estill Farm Service and later retired from the Adams Point Mobile Home Park. He worked in maintenance throughout his life and loved the outdoors. He was a member of the Tates Creek Baptist Church. He is survived by:

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 11, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Welch officiating. Burial will be at the Wagersville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 1 PM.
