Tina Renee Fugate, age 49, of Second Street in Slidell, Louisiana passed away Sunday, July 10, 2016, at her home following a sudden illness. She was born March 1, 1967 in Madison County and was the daughter of Alvin Ballard and JoAnn Scenters Jones. She had lived in Estill County most of her life. She is survived by: Her mother: JoAnn Scenters Jones ; husband, ScottEstillCo. Her father: Alvin Ballard 2 Daughters: Rachel Smith Estill Co. Jessica Seals Estill Co. 3 Sons: Brandon Toler Estill Co. Casey Fugate Perry Co. Johnny Seals Estill Co. She was preceded in death by 1 son, Randall Toler. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 16, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Paul Groves. Burial will be at the Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call after 11 AM Saturday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
