Timothy Roy Lewis, age 46, of Crestview Court in Irvine passed away Sunday, April 1, 2012, at the University of KY Medical Center after a long illness.He was born April 20, 1965 in Estill County and was the son of Patricia Ann Puckett Lewis and the late Donald Lohris Lewis.He was a drywaller and had lived in Estill County most of his life. He is survived by: His wife:Melissa Ann McKinney Lewis His mother:Patricia Ann Puckett Lewis 1 Daughter:Tiffany Danielle Lewis Estill Co. 2 Sons:Jacob Lohris Lewis Estill Co. Joshua Aaron Lewis Estill Co. 1 Brother:Donald Lewis, Jr. Estill Co. He was preceded in death by 1 brother, Ricky Darrell Lewis. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, April 3, 8 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Jerry Rose.Friends may call between 6 and 8 PM Tuesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
