Obituary for Timothy Leon Thacker
Timothy Leon Thacker, age 51, of Wisemantown Road in Irvine passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2016, at the St. Joseph East Hospital following a long illness. He was born March 30, 1965 in Campton, KY and was the son of Vernon Ray Thacker and the late Wanda Alice Ross Barrett. He was a construction worker with Union 187 and had served as a member of the National Guard. He had lived in Estill County most of his life. Survivors in addition to his father include: 3 Sons: Timothy Lyle Thacker Estill Co. Michael Alan Thacker Estill Co. Christopher Adam Thacker Estill Co. 3 Sisters: Wanda Darlene Abner Laurel Co. Shelia Rae Begley Estill Co. Rhonda Michelle Barrett Fayette Co. 6 Grandchildren: Alexis Dawn Thacker, Madeline Jade Thacker, Jace Alexander Thacker, Matthew Mason Thacker, Michael Keegan Thacker and Kennedy Aliyah Thacker He was preceded in death by 1 sister, Leatrice Ann Thacker. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 29, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at the Thacker Cemetery. Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Monday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
