Tilda Teresia Hall age 68, a resident of the Irvine Nursing and Rehab Center, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at her home following a short illness. She was born August 12, 1954, in Richmond, Indiana and was the daughter of the late Melvin Edward Hall and Katherine Ruby Cole Hall. She had many careers in her life; she served as a former EMT, 911 Dispatcher, Seamstress for Carhartt, Truck driver, and office worker for Kentucky River Foothills. She was a member of Restoration Now Ministries and she had lived in Estill County for most of her life. She is survived by:
