Thelma Irene Bell, age 77, of Broadway in Irvine, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2025, at her home following a short illness. She was born September 11, 1948, in Madison County and was the daughter of the late Jessie Curtis Wilson and Lena Carroll Wilson. She retired from CHI Saint Joe Medical Group, and she previously attended the Irvine First Church of the Nazarene. Thelma was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Rocky Mountain Horse Association. She had lived in Estill County for most of her life. She is survived by:

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 24, 3 PM, at the American Legion Post 79.
