Teresa Walling, age 69, of White Oak Road in Irvine, passed away Monday, April 22, 2024, at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond, following a short illness. She was born September 23, 1954, in Madison County and was the daughter of the late Walter Baker and Sarilda Mae Williams Ross. She was a retired employee of the Winchester Nursing Home and had lived in Estill County most of her life. She is survived by:
1 daughter: Missy Walling (Charlena Hardy) - Estill Co.
1 son: Ben Walling (Amanda Weekley) - Estill Co.
12 grandchildren: Blair Walling, Austin (Sierra) Wells, Stephen Wells, Jessalynn Wells, Jayce Chapman, Nolan Walling, Ansley Chapman, Grayson Chapman, Lincoln Walling, Layton Walling, Jax Hardy, and Hayes Walling
1 great grandchild: Ezren Wells
Special Friend: Marlene Baker
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Junior Walling, and her sister, Vina Kaye Walling.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, April 29, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Scott Rogers and Bro. Larry McIntosh officiating. Burial will be at the Dunaway Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
