Tabitha Roxane Smith, age 40, of Crooked Creek Road in Irvine, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024, at her home. She was born September 11, 1983, in Madison County, and was the daughter of Arthur Wayne Smith and Brenda Lee Spiers Smith. She was a Waitress at the Old Timers Restaurant in Ravenna, and she was of the Pentecostal Faith. She had lived in Estill County all her life. In addition to her parents, she is survived by:

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Billy Gene Smith, Fannie Mae Johnson, and Frank Johnson
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, April 17, 1 PM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jerry Rose officiating. Burial will be at the West Irvine Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
