Shirley Brinegar, age 63, of Steuben Lane in Richmond, Kentucky passed away Thursday, July 18, 2024, at his home following a long illness. He was born November 11, 1960, in Estill County, a son of the late William H. and Lillie Plowman Brinegar. He lived the majority of his life residing in either Clark or Madison County. He was of the Christian Faith. He is survived by:

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by 3 Sisters, Rita Means, Wilma Oakley, Louise Brinegar, and 4 Brothers, Ellis, Louie, Alvin, and Ralph Brinegar.
Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, July 22, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Walton Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 11 AM until service time at the Funeral Home.
