Sharon “Dee Dee” Owen, age 82, of Crystal, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at the Marcum & Wallace Memorial Hospital. She was born August 28, 1943, in Finley, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Sidney and Ruth Ward Businger. She was employed in the banking industry and was a master gardener. She is survived by:
1 daughter: Dawn (Leah) Van Lieu - Colorado
1 sister: Mary Jean (Brian) Kochis - Irvine
1 niece: Phoebe Joy Kochis
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mac Owen, and her brother, Jerry Businger.
