Shannon Earl Noland, age 84, of Secretariat Drive in Richmond, passed away Friday, May 23, 2025, at his home following a long illness. He was born October 16, 1940, in Estill County, and was the son of the late Earl Noland and Elizabeth Alcorn Noland. He retired from General Motors and was a member of the Unity Baptist Church and the Richmond Masonic Lodge. He had lived in Madison County for most of his life. He is survived by:

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Deborah Noland.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, May 27, 1 PM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. John Cravens officiating. Burial will be at the South Irvine Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
