Obituary for Sarah Jewell Donahue Henry
Sarah Jewell Donahue Henry, age 85, of Evergreen Drive in Irvine, passed away Friday, August 5th, at her home following a short illness. She was born June 5, 1931, in Estill County, a daughter of the late John Earl and Jessie Mae Farthing Donahue. She was a homemaker and had lived in Estill County all of her life. She was a member of the New Life Apostolic Church. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Clifford Lee Henry. She is survived by: 3 Daughters: Sarah Jane Healey (Robert Edward) Berea Shirley Mae Henry Berea Margaret Lee Creech (Mike) Irvine 1 Son: Donald Ray Henry Irvine 6 Grandchildren 2 Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by 4 Siblings: Mary Frances Estes, W. Brown Donahue, Forest Ward Donahue, and Harvey Donahue. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday 1 PM at the New Life Apostolic Church by Rev. Ross Conley and Rev. Alan Peevler with burial to follow in the Oakdale Cemetery. Friends may call after 11 AM Tuesday at the church until funeral time.
