Samuel Webb, age 57, of Broadway in Irvine, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023. He was born May 3, 1966, and was the son of the late Clifton Estes and Mary Frances Sparks Webb. He worked in construction and attended the Irvine Free Methodist Church. He had lived in Estill County all his life. He survived by:

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 24, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Chris Carlyle and Bro. Chad Brothers officiating. Burial will be at the Cane Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 23, from 6 to 9 PM.
