Obituary for Ruth McIntosh Henry
Ruth McIntosh Henry, age 75, of Cantrell Street in Irvine passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2017, at Baptist Health Lexington following a long illness. She was born June 27, 1941 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late P.B. and Emma Murdell McIntosh. She was a retired Irvine Health ; Rehabilitation Center employee and a member of the Irvine First Christian Church and the Lions Club. She had lived in Estill County all her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, F.W. Henry. She is survived by: 2 Sons: Jeff Crouch Estill Co. Henry Crouch ; wife, Evonne Estill Co. 1 Grandchild: Jeffery Crouch 2 Brothers: Jerry McIntosh Estill Co. Danny McIntosh ; wife, Sharon Estill Co. She was preceded in death by several siblings. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 5, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Clay Paker. Burial will be at the Oakdale Cemetery. Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Thursday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Honorary Pallbearers: Members of the Estill County Lions Club
