Ruby Lily Harrison Hunt, age 98, of White Oak Road in Irvine, passed away Sunday, November 3, 2024, at Dominion Senior Living following a long illness. She was born October 15, 1926, in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Vernon Harrison and Rebecca Rawlins Harrison. She retired from Sylvania and was the owner of Hunt Rentals. She was a member of the Williams Memorial Baptist Church, and she had lived in White Oak her whole life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Gene Hunt, and she is survived by:

2 step great grandchildren: Kate Williams and Jason (Brittney) Williams
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Harold David Hunt, 6 sisters, Leesetta Powell, Barbara Ballard, May Horn, Theda Reedy, Mary Neal, and Peggy Harrison, and 7 brothers, Tommy, Chester, James, Floyd, Arnold, Sterling, and Elmer Harrison.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 6, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Chris Winkler officiating. Burial will be at the West Irvine Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6 to 9 PM.
