Obituary for Ruby Jean Treadway
Ruby Jean Treadway, age 85, a resident of the Madison Health & Rehabilitation Center passed away Monday, February 8, 2016, at the Baptist Health Richmond following a short illness. She was born July 26, 1930 in Lee County and was the daughter of the late Bergie and Nazzie Jewell Brandenburg. She was a homemaker and a former employee of the Citizen Voice and Times and she attended the Body of Christ. She had lived in Estill County most of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Martin Treadway. She is survived by: 1 Daughter: Sherrlyn Walters & husband, Damon Irvine 1 Son: David Martin Treadway & wife, Rosemarie Irvine 1 Sister: Josie Lee Dayton, OH 2 Grandchildren: Brian Damon Walters & wife, Selena Phillip Martin Treadway & wife, Carrie 3 Great Grandchildren: Makenza Bree Walters, Izabella Renea Walters and Kaley Brooke Treadway She was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Willis Paul Brandenburg and Wendell Douglas Brandenburg. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, February 12, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Bill Wesley and Bro. Rob Spurlock. Burial will be at the Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Thursday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
