Obituary for Roscoe Lainhart
Roscoe Lainhart, age 86, of Wisemantown Road in Irvine passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2012, at his home following a long illness.He was born November 20, 1925 in Estill County and was the son of the late Lincoln and Zelma White Lainhart.He was a farmer and a retired employee of the Blue Grass Army Depot.He served in the United States Navy during World War II. He was a member of the River Drive Christian Church and had lived in Estill County all of his life.His passion in life was hunting and trapping and he was a member of the Fur Takers of Kentucky.He is survived by: His wife:Mary Katherine Winkler Lainhart 1 Daughter:Betty Davis ; husband, Jim Madison Co. 2 Sons:Larry Lainhart Estill Co. Randy Lainhart Estill Co. 1 Brother:Hariam Lainhart Ohio 9Grandchildren4 Great Grandchildren He was preceded in death by 1 brother, Doyle Lainhart and 1 sister, Irene Hisle. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, October 5, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Butch Arvin.Burial will be at the West Irvine Cemetery.Friends may call Friday from 11 AM until service time at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
