Rosalee Bailey Tipton, age 82, of Raintree Court in Irvine passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at the Marcum ; Wallace Memorial Hospital following a short illness. She was born December 9, 1933 in Madison County and was the daughter of the late Eli and Dema Richardson Bailey. She was a homemaker and had lived in Estill County for the past 35 years. She is survived by: Her husband: Charles Marion Tipton 2 Sons: Charles Lee Tipton Madison Co. Kevin Drew Tipton Estill Co. 5 Sisters: Bonnie Robinson Estill Co. Janice Vaughn Clark Co. Eunice Ann McKinney Estill Co. Brenda Condor Clark Co. Debbie Mayes Clark Co. 1 Brother: Ronnie Bailey Jefferson Co. 2 Grandchildren: Charles Walter Tipton, III and Crystal Rose Dean Memorial services will be conducted at a later date. Warren F. Toler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
