Ronald Osborne, age 78, of Sarvice Hollow Road in Irvine passed away Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the Tomson Hood Veteran’s Center in Wilmore, Kentucky following a long illness. He was born March 7, 1948, in Estill County, and was the son of the late Harlie Osborne and Mary Elsie Plowman Osborne. He was a former Shipping Clerk for KY Loc and a former Carhartt employee of 33 years. Ronald was a United States Navy Veteran, and he was a member of the American Legion. He had lived in Estill County all his life. He is survived by:

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Edith Osborne and Thedus Puckett
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, July 1, 1 PM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home with Bro. Donald Fountain officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
