Ronald D. Whitaker, age 75, of Richmond Road in Irvine passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013, at the Marcum ; Wallace Memorial Hospital as the result of an automobile accident.He was born April 5, 1938 in Somerset, KY and was the son of the late Damon and Ruby Russell Whitaker.He was a member of the Full Gospel Evangelistic Ministry and the Riders for Christ.He was a retired employee of Valley Trucking and had lived in Estill County for the past 8 years.He is survived by: His wife:Janet Louise Brinegar Whitaker 1 Daughter:Beverly Reynolds Madison Co. 2 Sons:David Neal Madison Co. Russell Neal Madison Co. 9 Grandchildren 8 Great Grandchildren He was preceded in death by 1 son, William Neal, 1sister, Volavaughn Whitaker and 1 brother, Forester Whitaker. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, April 11, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Larry Collins. Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Wednesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
