Rhonda Gail Spencer, age 60, of Conrad Estates in Irvine passed away Sunday, April 21, 2013, at her daughter's home following a long illness.She was born May 22, 1952 in Hazard and was the daughter of the late Joe and Sarah Jane Stollings Baker.She was a homemaker and a member of the Outreach Holiness Church.She had lived in Estill County most of her life.She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen 'Red' Spencer.She is survived by: 1 Daughter:Sara 'Missy' Case ; husband, Johnny, Stanton 1 Son:Hubie Spencer, Richmond 2 Sisters:Francis Artrip, Ohio Loretta Casada, Ohio 3 Brothers:Wendell Baker, Ohio Kenneth Baker, Irvine Joe Pat Baker, Ohio She was preceded in death by 1 brother, Elbert Baker. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, April 24, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Jerry Rose.Burial will be at the West Irvine Cemetery.Friends may call from 11 AM Wednesday until service time at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
