Raymond Harold Allen, age 80, of Tuttle Rd. in Irvine passed away Monday, May 26, at the Marcum and Wallace Memorial Hospital after a short illness.He was born February 4, 1934, in Estill County, the son of the late Willie Allen and Alva Gabbard.He was a tool and die maker with Bundy Tubing and had lived in Estill County all of his life.He was a member of the Independent Church of God and a veteran of the Air Force.He is survived by: His Wife:Elwanda Smyth Allen 1 Daughter:Ratonya Allen Irvine A Sister in Law:Wathena McKinney (Charles) Richmond 2 Brothers in Law:Elwood Smyth (Reva) Florida Lyndon Smyth Irvine An Aunt and Uncle:Marie and Windord Potts Memorial services will be conducted Thursday, May 29, 4 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. James Hicks with burial to follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens.
