Ralph Edward Rice, age 75, of McKee Road in Irvine, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at the Marcum & Wallace Memorial Hospital. He was born February 2, 1948, in Estill County and was the son of Otis J. and Rosa Nelle Kelly Rice. He was a retired Carhartt, Inc. employee and had lived in Estill County all his life. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Kenneth J. Rice.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, February 10, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Harold Kelly officiating. Burial will be at the Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Friday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
